Terms and Conditions

By placing an order with Sunday Grazing, you are deemed to have acknowledged, accepted and agreed to the following terms and conditions. 

Placing an order & Payment

Platter box orders must be placed at least 24 hours before the required delivery time. Platter boxes require full payment to confirm the order. This can be done via bank transfer.
A platter box can be made and delivered/picked up within 24 hours of an order being placed, this is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Payment can be made upon delivery or pick up in this instance.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order for a platter box, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the delivery/pickup, otherwise, the entire amount paid shall be forfeited. 

Delivery & Pick Up

Orders can be picked up at West Footscray

Orders can be delivered within a 15-kilometre radius from West Footscray free of charge. Deliveries outside this radius will be charged a delivery fee depending on the distance. 

Non-Liability for Risk

All products must be consumed within 3 hours of receiving or picking up the platter box, in keeping with government rules and regulations.  If products are consumed after the said period it is at your own risk.    


Sunday Grazing is not at all liable for any resulting damage, injury, sickness or anything similar, whether remote or direct, for failure to consume within the said 3 hour period or for the customer's failure to take health, safety and hygiene measures in the consumption and handling.
